This course will include workplace culture and communication training based on the requirements and standards in the sector to enable effective employment and integration into the Ontario workforce.

Participants will also gain an effective understanding of Industry 4.0 operations, operations management fundamentals, critical leadership skills, and understand the attributes employees need to have to become effective future leaders in industry.

On-The-Job training in Composite Manufacturing

Participants will attend a one-week, hands-on, in-person course with Rampf Composite Solutions in Burlington.

Rampf Composite Solutions is a leader in producing high-performance materials for industries like aerospace, marine, and medical, and have partnered with MMRI to share their expertise for participants in this program.

Participants who complete this course with Rampf will be awarded a certification as a Level 1 Composite Technician.

Services will include CV review and rewriting to highlight participants’ past achievements and new skills, job opportunity identification, interview coaching, and contacting employers to forward resumes of qualified candidates.
